This directory is designed to showcase your services, highlight practice settings, and strengthen awareness of the role of dental hygienists in expanding access to care. Please ensure all information is accurate and up to date before submitting.

***All directory submissions are subject to CODHA review and approval. Approved listings will appear on the website within 5–7 business days.
